Ownership

Your business assets stay yours.

You keep your domain, supplied content, logo, brand assets, images, and enquiry data. Your domain stays in your name or business name.

We manage the website platform.

Infoseed keeps its platform, templates, layouts, reusable components, code, and deployment systems. This is not a source-code or transferable working-site handover.

A standard content and enquiry-data export is available on request while active or within 30 days after service end. See the exit details below.

Useful answers

Is SEO included?

Basic on-page setup is included for the core website. Ongoing SEO campaigns, monthly posts, backlinks, and ranking guarantees are not included.

What does the monthly fee cover?

The $49/month managed service starts when the website is launched or made active. It keeps the website hosted, maintained, monitored at a basic level, and ready to receive enquiries. The $499 setup fee plus 12 monthly payments of $49 creates the $1,087 minimum standard-package commitment, excluding GST.

What happens after the initial 12 months?

The service does not renew into another fixed 12-month term. After the initial term it continues month-to-month, and either party can end the recurring service with 30 days' written notice.

Is the website AI-made?

Production is AI-assisted to keep the cost down, but the final site is reviewed and adjusted by a person before launch.

Do I own the website?

You keep your domain, supplied content, logo, brand assets, images, and enquiry data. Infoseed keeps its platform, templates, layouts, reusable components, code, deployment systems, and internal tools. The standard package is managed and does not include source code or a transferable working-site handover.

What happens if the managed service ends?

Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and the hosted enquiry form stop at the end of the applicable paid period. While the service is active or within 30 days after it ends, you can request one standard export at no additional charge. It includes supplied assets still held by Infoseed, a plain copy of the current published text, stored enquiry records in a common tabular format where reasonably available, and minimum domain or DNS information needed by you. It does not include source code, templates, layouts, deployment configuration, database structure, internal tools, or third-party licences.

Can you change content after launch?

Yes. Obvious fixes based on the original supplied content are included for 30 days after launch. After that, small existing-page updates are $39 each and new supplied-content pages or posts are $79 each. Redesigns and larger rewrites are quoted separately.

How quickly can I see the first version?

The first production-ready version is usually ready within 7 business days after we receive the required content, access, and direction. Missing materials, unusual scope, or slow approvals can move the timeline.
